Westerville, OH decision points
Otterbein University's campus spans roughly 140 acres in historic downtown Westerville. The building inventory ranges from the 1920s Towers Hall, which has a steeply pitched historic profile requiring custom flashing work, to modern athletic and academic facilities built after 2000 with single-ply flat roof systems. The institutional buildings in between — constructed in the 1960s and 1970s — represent the most challenging work: BUR systems that have been recovered multiple times, often with wet insulation trapped between layers that compromises the entire assembly.
